1. User Agreement
By using MathTrain, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the application. The service is provided to self-learners, students, and educators looking to practice technical mathematics.
2. Description of Service
MathTrain generates math exercises using LLMs and offers custom interfaces, active recall lists, and daily schedule trackers. We strive for excellence, but since math questions and walkthroughs are generated by AI systems, we do not guarantee 100% mathematical correctness of every problem or proof.
3. Supporter Tier Subscriptions
Access to cloud sync, streaks, analytics dashboards, and custom styles requires a Supporter Tier subscription. Payments are processed securely via Stripe. You may cancel your subscription at any time within your settings panel. All fees are final unless requested refund meets Stripe guidelines.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to exploit our servers or attempt to scrape or reverse engineer our APIs. You are solely responsible for keeping your credentials secure.
5. Limitation of Liability
MathTrain and its developer Andy shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from your use or inability to use the service, including incorrect AI explanations or study schedule disruptions.
